Charlotte Daun

More than ten years in real estate have given Charlotte Daun a close understanding of what happens behind a successful property campaign. Her experience includes administration and campaign coordination in Auckland and Whangārei, and she now works alongside James Alexander with their Bream Bay clients.

Charlotte enjoys the detailed work that helps a property campaign run well. Her background includes coordinating marketing, preparing information and keeping the many parts of a campaign organised. She works with James and their clients on preparation and the day-to-day progress of a sale, with attention to detail and clear communication.

Energetic and approachable, Charlotte understands that buying or selling a home is a significant personal decision. She takes an organised, practical approach to helping clients through the process and making sure their questions are addressed.

Waipu is also home for Charlotte and her family. Outside work, she enjoys weekends with her children at Waipu Cove, visiting the local sushi shop and walking the coastal tracks around Langs Beach. Those everyday connections are part of her knowledge of life in Bream Bay.
