Rachael Christie

Seven years as a business owner gave Rachael Christie experience in looking after customers and managing day-to-day responsibilities. She brings that background to property management, along with her knowledge of the Bream Bay and Waipu communities where she has lived and worked.

Rachael joined the team in 2021 and holds a Level 4 qualification earned in 2019.

Rachael’s work covers the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a rental property, including tenant selection, rent collection, inspections and maintenance coordination. She values clear communication with owners and tenants and a professional, personal approach to the relationships involved.

She helps owners look after their rental properties and tenants find a place to call home.

Her Ray White New Zealand recognition includes Executive Performer for 2023/2024.
