Merry Christmas from the Team

By Jess Gazley

Thank you to all our clients, friends and readers throughout Bream Bay ,Waipu & beyond .
Thank you for supporting us and working with us this year.
We have had some major wins within the real estate industry and have also been able to support our community with various forms of initiatives and inclusive events which only enriches and empowers all involved.
Connecting the community and the people within it is important to us here and one of our key pillars.
The years market conditions required continued discipline, understanding and effort. Just as it did twelve months ago. Today, putting aside protracted election negotiations, the persistent inflationary pressures and the even more hawkish position of the reserve bank, property transactions  remain at a similar level. And while some remain cautious about what is ahead. More are increasingly optimistic.
Our company culture and performance attitude  have allowed us to wrestle control of the local market and the narrative. We have created a path of little resistance to bring property to market, to speed up decision making and give confidence to transacting real estate today.
Now is a time to rest ,re-evaluate, connect with family and find some time to recharge. Our team are prepared to return in January with momentum.
Signing off now and wishing you all the very best over the festive season.
May you have a blessed Christmas and happy new year
A heartfelt thank you again to our supporters, customers, clients, ambassadors and friends
