The partnership between Steven Hansen and Ray White shares a common commitment to leadership, family values and ‘doing things the right way’.
‘What do you value?’ is a bold new advertising campaign highlighting the importance of trust and integrity in the business of buying and selling homes. Based on interviews with Hansen, the campaign shines a light on Ray White’s strategic focus, which is dedicated to customer satisfaction and client interests at heart.
“Ray White has a defined family history built on a culture of tenure together with loyalty.” said Ray White New Zealand Chief Executive, Carey Smith. “The Group continues to have a strong determination around customer satisfaction outcomes and Ray White provides an environment of excellence in our belief with our delivery of service.
The company recently partnered with Hansen, admiring his own personal ambition, ability to develop people and his values in “winning the right way”.
“There are clear synergies between my association in sport, particularly rugby, that are the same as any team seeking to achieve the highest level.” explained Hansen. “Ray White shares the same expectations, commitment and confidence and they know it’s about being transparent when you are trying to accomplish the highest levels and also knowing how you are going to get there.”
Hansen also identified similarities in the family commitment to upholding legacy. “Like our team, Ray White continues to build on their reputation; they have a long family history of success, with Ray White being family-owned for 114 years. Family values like integrity, persistence, and determination together with hard graft still underpin what they do today.”
The Ray White Group in New Zealand has 147 offices with over 2,000 members who are collectively appointed to over 20,000 property sales per annum and manage a residential property management portfolio of more than 16,000 properties.
The ‘What do you value?’ campaign was developed by Ray White’s advertising and media partner NZME’s Create Me team. The newly forged Create Me team have developed the full digital and print offering, which has been filmed, developed and will be distributed entirely using the in-house resources of NZME.
