Ray White Bream Bay are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Office Administrator to work within our Team. Advantageous to the role is any level of experience in Property Management that could lead to numerous roles due to expansion within our business.

Your attention to detail and your ability to deliver the highest quality of work will see you flourish in this role.

What we are looking for:

  • Organisation Skills: Natural ability to stay organised, meet deadlines, and effectively handle multiple tasks.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in Google, Adobe, database management, and relevant tools is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively within our dynamic team and with other team members.
  • Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment, working with others to achieve common goals. Your positive attitude and enthusiasm inspire those around you. You will have a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude to learning and developing the systems and structures in place.
