At Ray White Bream Bay, we are always on the lookout for enthusiastic and professional candidates to join us. We are looking for a mature, confident and enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude to join our small Team at Ray White Bream Bay & Waipu.

You must have experience in residential property management services, as you will be initially working as the sole property manager within our business. The role requires a competent individual willing to grow and develop our rent roll whilst having a sound understanding of all aspects of tenancy (RTA, etc.).

You will have a high degree of accuracy, excellent time management and organizational skills whilst maintaining an unflustered approach to your role. To be successful you will need maturity in dealing with stressful situations, enjoy helping people and the desire to exceed our clients expectations.
