Our Technology

Technology can help connect a property with interested buyers and make a sales campaign easier to follow. For a Bream Bay or Waipu sale, it works best alongside accurate property information, local knowledge and personal follow-up.

How Ray White technology supports a campaign

Ray White New Zealand has introduced the NurtureCloud Buyer Module across its network. Its published features include Smart Buyer Match, open-home check-in and a vendor property portal. Buyer matching uses recorded activity to identify potential buyers for a listing. The portal is designed to show sellers campaign information such as online views, enquiries and inspections, with a weekly campaign report.

Read the Ray White New Zealand technology announcement for the network overview. Ask your Bream Bay salesperson to demonstrate the tools and reporting included in your proposed campaign.

Make buyer matching relevant to your property

A family home in Ruakākā, a marina property in Marsden Cove and a rural home near Waipu can attract different buyers. Discuss the location, price range, property type and features that matter to your likely audience. A potential match starts a conversation; it does not establish a buyer’s finances, guarantee an offer or replace due diligence.

Turn enquiries into useful feedback

Agree with your salesperson how enquiries and inspection feedback will be followed up. Ask for an explanation of what buyers are responding to, what concerns they raise and whether the evidence suggests a change to presentation, price or marketing. The value lies in the action taken after the information is collected.

Know what your campaign report means

Online views, enquiries, inspections and offers measure different stages of interest. A large number of views alone does not show that a buyer is ready to purchase. At the start of your campaign, agree how you will receive updates, how often you will discuss progress and who to contact with a question.

Frequently asked questions

Will technology guarantee a higher sale price?

No. The result depends on the property, market conditions, presentation, pricing and buyer decisions. Digital tools support a campaign; they do not guarantee a price or timeframe.

Can I see a demonstration before choosing an agent?

Ask your salesperson to show how buyer matching and seller updates would apply to your property, and confirm the features available for your campaign.

How does this fit with property marketing?

Technology is one part of the plan. Read Marketing Your Property and discuss the proposed channels, costs, buyer audience and follow-up with your salesperson.
