I'm Paul. Coffee first, 90s hip hop on, two wheels; pedal-powered, preferably. Creative, curious, husband, proud dad of two. I live in One Tree Point, and I sell across Bream Bay and the wider Northland coast; Marsden Cove, Ruakaka, Waipu, Waipu Cove, Langs Beach. New patch. Same method. I keep a deliberately limited roster. A handful of selected clients, and their homes, on my books at any one time. It means more attention on your home and less noise everywhere else. 

When your sale has my full focus instead of competing with a dozen others, the strategy gets sharper, and the result usually follows.

Sharp strategy, genuine insight, and a no-cringe approach to getting your home sold. The job is simple to say, and hard to do well: help the right buyer fall for your place, and have you feel like shouting me a drink when it's done, not throwing one at me.

A bit of background

I came up with a focus on competitive endurance sports. Road cycling and mountain biking, racing for multiple regional and national titles. The one that still means the most: gold in the teams triathlon at the 2017 World Masters Games. Sport taught me what real work translates into. Preparation, timing, executing, and holding your nerve when the result is on the line. Those same things sell houses well.

One Tree Point local

When I'm not running a campaign, I'm usually on the bike along the coast, somewhere for a coffee, learning to surf in the bay, or out with the family. Moving here wasn't a strategy, it's where we wanted to live. That matters when you're selling: I'm not commuting in to list your home.
